Passion4Training was founded in 2016 and has evolved over the years in delivering accredited healthcare training courses, clinical skills and Approved Train the Trainer courses to the healthcare sector.

Our experienced team of Healthcare Trainers, Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers have many years experience working in the healthcare sector and delivering training to the healthcare sector. Our team of trainers and assessors are qualified and deliver training courses within their scope of practice making them experts in their own fields.

We have developed a community of Approved Trainers and continue to grow our community to provide organisations with the training and resources to develop their own healthcare workforce to deliver approved training courses within their healthcare workplace.

Our Team is led by Tristrum Our Founder and Head of Centre, he is a Registered Nurse and a Registered Trainer. Tristrum delivers clinical skills, provides trainer support and continues to works closely with our clients providing them with advice and ongoing support. Tristrum specialises in Complex Dementia Care and Challenging Behaviour. He was Winner for Registered Trainer of the Year Award 2022 for his outstanding achievement and dedication to the healthcare training sector.

We are proud to be an Approved Training Centre with Trainer Courses Ltd, The CPD Accreditation Group and Healthcare Trainers Network. All our certificates issued are Accredited and externally quality assured.


As an Approved Centre the training courses we deliver assist with meeting Care Certificate standards developed jointly by Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health and support care providers in meeting compliances with regulating/inspecting body external quality assurance training requirements.
