1 Day CPD Workshop Description
The Team Leading in Healthcare CPD Workshop is aimed at learners that are either working as a Senior/ Team Leader or are being promoted to this position within their organisation. This 1-day workshop supports Seniors/ Team Leaders to gain an understanding of their role and responsibilities in line with their organisational policies and procedures. The importance of supporting junior members of staff within the care team by conducting supervisions and dealing with situations that occur in their care setting, understanding the role of CQC and their 5 Key Questions/ Domains and being able to handle complaints, compliments and concerns within their organisation.
