How will Virtual Learning be provided?
- When you book a Virtual Learning Training Course with us you will receive a confirmation booking for your preferred date and time for your chosen training session.
- You will receive a link to Zoom for your staff to attend the Virtual Training Session.
- You will also receive a Printable Virtual Learning Workbook for all your staff to complete and keep for future reference
- Staff will be required to attend the Virtual Learning Course on the agreed booking date and time Once they have attended the Virtual Learning Session they will be required to complete the final online assessment.

When will we receive our certificates?
Once all staff have completed the Virtual Learning Training Course and the Online Final Assessment certificates will be available instantly to download and print.
What support we will receive?
Our health care trainers are experienced and will provide engaging and interactive support throughout the virtual training session making it fun for all staff. Staff will also receive a printable virtual learning workbook to complete and keep for future reference.
Are there any practical assessments?
All courses provided Virtually will not assess practical competency, however if you would like us to arrange a practical assessment after completing the Virtual Learning Training Session we can provide this at an additional cost at a date and time convenient for you.
