Covid 19 Information
You can expect on arrival to our training centre Social Distancing Measures in place, a maximum of 4 learners are only allowed to attend our open training courses. You will be expected to use the alcohol hand gel that is provided and/or wash your hands as per guidelines that are available at our facilities.
You will be expected to have your temperature taken on arrival, we do advise a face-covering whilst attending our sessions and when carrying out practical sessions you will be provided with a face mask and gloves to ensure safety is maintained and tables and chairs are set out in line with our social distancing measures..
Your contact details will be taken on a training declaration form (no one else will have access to these details except for limited centre staff on a strict need to know basis complying with GDPR) this is to ensure we comply with the necessary NHS track and trace measures. We also have a NHS QR code on display available for learners and we also have a risk assessment available for you to view.
We must stress if you are presenting with COVID 19 symptoms you must not attend our training centre and we will be happy to rearrange your booking onto a future course at no extra cost. You can do this by contacting us hello@passion4training.co.uk If you do arrive at our training centre displaying COVID-19 symptoms or with a high temperature then unfortunately you will not be allowed to attend the training session and will need to reschedule. We have a strict cleaning regime in place between sessions and learners to ensure a safe environment.
We hope you enjoy your training with us as we believe learning is an important part of our lives whether it is to learn a new skill, develop or refresh our existing knowledge and skills or just to have social interaction, we want you to be able to have an enjoyable experience but at the same time remain safe whilst attending our courses. Our training message is the key to success is learning and we want all learners to have the opportunity to continue attending open courses safely.
